FAQ

Even the shortest course, at 2 hours, might sound long when you first hear it — but my massage is so relaxing that many guests drift off to sleep, and often say "that went by so fast."

That said, the 2-hour course moves at a slightly quicker pace. If you'd like a proper facial treatment included, I'd recommend the 2.5-hour course. For a more relaxed, thorough treatment overall, the 3-hour course works well.

For special requests or extra relaxation time, courses of 3.5 hours or more are also available.

Please feel free to enjoy your time here however you like.

At MoonTed, my priority is deep relaxation and a treatment that resets both body and mind.

Since the massage incorporates bodywork techniques, it's highly effective for physical issues like fatigue, stiff shoulders, lower back pain, and headaches — and it's also well received for mental wellbeing, helping with stress, insomnia, anxiety, and panic.

Through warm, all-hands massage and aromatherapy, it activates female hormones and promotes the release of serotonin and oxytocin, offering an anti-aging effect that restores softness to both body and mind.

The treatment is also highly rated for shaping the body and face — many guests notice results like bust and hip lifting, a slimmer waistline, and facial contouring right after the session.

For guests using it as a regular beauty treatment, coming every 1–2 weeks helps these changes in body and facial lines become more lasting.

Gentle lymphatic drainage also helps flush out toxins and support the immune system, while abdominal massage can ease constipation, irregular periods, and menopause symptoms.

If you have any concerns or requests, please feel free to let me know.

Disposable paper bra and shorts are available, but most guests choose not to wear them.

Since this allows the bust-lift, hip-lift, and treatment around the hip and buttock area to be carried out smoothly, most repeat guests receive the treatment without wearing anything.

Of course, if you'd feel more comfortable wearing them, please don't hesitate to.

Either way, I use careful towel draping throughout the session so your body is never overly exposed — please rest assured.

It's completely understandable to feel nervous about being alone with a male therapist in a private room.

All I can really offer is my track record — I've welcomed more than 1,500 guests so far.

Reading the reviews or my diary might also help you get a feel for my personality and the atmosphere here.

To be honest, my English isn't fluent — just enough for everyday conversation.

When it comes to the treatment itself, there's no problem at all: I can tell how you're feeling just from your reactions.

For anything more detailed, I use the Google Translate app — even complex concerns come through clearly, so please don't worry.

I like to think I'm a pretty down-to-earth, easygoing person — if there's something I don't understand, I'll just say so, honestly. I hope that relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere helps you feel at ease, too.

Yes, if you'd like to, just let me know in advance.

Shower time is included within your course time, so if you'd like to use it, please choose a course with a little extra time.

The squalane oil and essential oils used at MoonTed absorb deeply into the skin and won't leave you feeling sticky afterward.

On the day of your treatment, I recommend not showering or bathing afterward — just let the oil soak in and go to sleep as you are. You'll likely feel the effects even more the next day.

Yes, once you've entered the stable second trimester (16 weeks or later), you're welcome to book.

I only use essential oils that are known to be safe during pregnancy (such as orange or lavender), avoiding any with hormonal or uterine-stimulating effects, and once your belly has grown, I'll carefully treat your lower back and hips while you lie on your side.

If you have any concerns — for example, "I'm currently ○ months along" — please feel free to reach out beforehand.

Yes, as long as you use period products such as a tampon or period-proof underwear, the treatment can proceed as usual.

If period pain is bothering you, I can apply lighter pressure around your abdomen, and the treatment itself can actually help ease menstrual discomfort.

Quite a few guests also come specifically to help with delayed or irregular periods.

Yes, your privacy is strictly protected, so please rest assured.

Since I run MoonTed entirely by myself, I'm the only one with access to booking information and client records.

The salon is also located inside a building down a quiet side street, so if you arrive by taxi, there's little chance of being seen by anyone.

I've had the honor of welcoming many public figures over the years, and no information — whether about a visit, a conversation, or the treatment itself — has ever been shared outside the salon.

For this reason, I'm also unable to answer questions like “Has so-and-so been here?” — thank you for understanding.

Cancellations made two or more days before your appointment are free of charge.

For cancellations made the day before or on the day of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the treatment price applies.

Payment is made at the end of your visit, before you leave.

Any same-day extension fees or product purchases, such as oil, will be included in the final total.

I accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, etc.), major QR code payments, and contactless payments.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out.
